Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

Just as the car starts the gun is pointed at him and he sighs. "Damn it..." He raises his hands and steps out of the car. "Could I ask you why the hell you people are after us?"

Fury Three 07-27-2004 10:47 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

"Sure. Don't think I'll answer, though." From Muro's standpoint, he still can't even see the man. "Now, if you don't mind, tell your friend to get out here, sans his weapon. Unless you like peeling your brains off the pavement."

Cloud 07-27-2004 10:51 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

Muro yells for his partner Kedik to come outside and as he does so, turns and kicks the spotter straight in the face. He then dives behind the car. "So why can't we be friends? I'll buy you a drink!" Muro reaches into his holster, and remembers that his weapon is still in the car. "...****..."

Da_#1_Link 07-27-2004 10:57 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

Kedik frowns at the suicide. He gets up and walks over him, as he hears Muro yell for him. He walks outside, but he does so carefully, as something doesn't feel right.

Fury Three 07-27-2004 11:35 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

The time required for Muro to launch the high kick is enough for the guy to react. He pulls his head back and the breeze from Muro's foot hits his face instead. A grin crosses his face and he holsters his weapon. "So you'd rather fight, huh?" Now Muro can make out his opponent. He's dressed in forest fatigues and a typical olive green army vest. A square, equally camouflaged cap covers his typical short-shaven military hair. His face is stern and matched the rest of him in every respect. Of likely the most interest is a patch on the shoulder of his fatigues, which could be made out vaguely. An elephant stood over the word "Berbers," with one foot raised as if to step on the letters. There's no more time for analysis, however, because the soldier jumps across the trunk of the car and lands in front of Muro.

Cloud 07-28-2004 03:51 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

"Gah!" Muro kicks him in the stomach with both feet and scrambles to his feet. He hadn't fist-fought in years, not since he stopped training Reeve. He backed up a bit and looked into the car, looking at his gun like eye-candy.

Da_#1_Link 07-29-2004 11:02 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

Kedik peeks out, and sees Muro fighting the spotter. Kedik jumps out, about to shoot, but notices they don't know he's there. Kedik shoots at the ground first to get their attention, then shoots the spotter.

Fury Three 07-29-2004 11:12 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

"Something wrong, kid?" With both hands, the soldier catches Muro's ankles and dampens the blow, then shoves him back onto his feet. Without a moment's hesistance, he swings a fist at Muro's face.

Kedik's shot gets the spotter to look away from his opponent, in time to see the second shot directed at him. It whizzes dangerously close to his face. How careless. He'd almost forgotten about the second one. Now he had to manage them both in what was nothing short of a crappy situation on a collision for the fan. He draws his weapon and ducks behind the Jaguar, keeping an eye on Muro.

Cloud 07-29-2004 11:21 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

Muro scurries into the car and revs up the engine. Muro purposely drives foreward and dangerously close to Kedik. "Forget about him man, we need to go, his pals will be here soon!" With that Muro grabs Kedik and pulls him into the car and speeds off, pinting his gun behind him and shooting for covering fire.

Fury Three 07-29-2004 11:41 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

The spotter drops to the ground and returns fire on the escaping vehicle, hopelessly attempting to take out a tire. His handgun clicks to a halt after nine rounds, and he watches the car drive off and out of sight.

Slowly, he gets himself up and dusts his fatigues off before jogging back to the treeline.

What in the hell happened here? Damn raccoons.

Hey there guys, just stopped over from my shop to see how your all doing. My shop has had its one crazy-day so it'll probably start to slacken off a lot now....woe is me.

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

Garnet-chan walks into the cafe, a small frown on her face. "There's no one else here, but, I'm bored. Perhaps I'll just hang around here wait." She sits at a small table in the back, waiting for anyone who might greet her.

She raises an eyebrow at Beastman. "And who would this be? Hmm? A newbie? I guess you could call me a newbie, seeing as it's been so long since I've been here... but, then again, I don't suppose that many remember me."

[/end randomness =D I hate being so random XD]

Garnet looks at Shadow and smiles. I remember you. And a lot of other people here. Frowns, contemplating for a moment. So... how've you been? ^_^

(If this place is going down, I sure as heck won't not attempt at posting here again)

Really? O_o' Ahh... I've never actually had a laptop...

...How old is it?

Shadow 08-03-2004 09:06 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

Its not that old, its just uncomfortable to use when your sitting with your legs folded on a couch and using a pillow to stop the heat from like, killing you. So i went to my basement.

Ahh, I'm going to miss you bottle... I'll be sure to write about you in my story... (urk! the story, I'd better back up the topics!)

I'm going to miss slamming through the hole in the roof, even though nobody does it anymore.

*Slides in with ever so much style*
Howdy all! Thought I'd show up given the occasion and at least make TLC live up to it's name of old.
*Pulls random rope that just so happens to appear in the middle of the cafe, tons of confetti and balloons pour out*
It's time to party!

no....no it's really not.

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

..Well at least I didn't have to clean it up.
Though can't say I'm not a little mad, you know how long it took me to blow up all those balloons? Not too mention shred the confetti, and it's hard to get that stuff in the ceiling without anyone noticing.

SkullkidLink 08-03-2004 10:39 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

*Falls in through the ceiling*
My Mack-sense tingled! I came as soon as I could!

Well, it really wasn't my Mack-sense, it was more of my ears. And when I said I came as soon as I could, it was more of a "after I went to the bathroom" sorta thing.

Mack 08-03-2004 10:47 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

Are you saying you don't like the Bathrooms at TLC? They're just as good as any, I admit the rats aren't exactly friendly, but after the first few rabbi's shots it's really not that bad.
I guess you just want to use those fancy "Rat-free" bathrooms with running water.

Kadino 08-03-2004 11:44 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

Ahh... I just got the most lucid image of a rabbi shot.

O_O Ouch. You don't have a desk to lay it on, I'm guessing...

She looks around the Cafe once again, raising an eyebrow at Kadino and Mack, however, not saying anything as she contemplates on the boards getting shut down.

Hehehe, "tingle" kinda sounds like "tinkle"!

How interesting things are.....

I break up with my b/f the same day that I learn of GXF's imminent demise.

Oh well, at least we'll find somewhere to stick together.

Probably either be Ganon's Tower, Epic Central, or some other cool place...

*sighs heavily and lays her head on the counter beside her mug of Deku Nut Ale*

Gotta say one thing, no matter what, Tri-Links shall live on.....

Shadow 08-05-2004 12:51 PM

Re: Tri-Link's Cafe V

Gotta say one thing, I am NOT going to Ganon's Tower. Too many of us have had too many bad experiances there.

I wish element was still here, so I could nail him to the wall again and laugh at him....

next best thing!

*Picks up kadino and ties him to a large wooden pole in the back yard and walks away laughing*

ahh, nostalgia feels good :)

Hey mack, at least your balloons fell :P </badreferencetotheDNC>

*looks up at Shadow from the bar*

"Hey, GT ain't so bad, man. I've been hanging out there quite a bit. Even went and got myself a kickass custom user title for making the poster celebrating GT's 6th Anniversary....."

*takes another swig from her mug and sighs*

"Actually, if you'd like, you can hang out at my place - Epic Central. Just as cozy and fun as this place, though not quite as many forums. Our 'ol buddy Paul Landers has been certainly enjoying it lately, and is now the most active poster I've got next to my friend Kojiro......."

Wait!

Oooh... does this going-down mean there will be a TLC VI? VI is an excellent numeral, if I do say so myself.
